Very welcome news for the village, especially if you’d like to improve your strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, posture, memory and general well being! Who wouldn’t? We are delighted to announce a new weekly fitness class beginning at the Village Hall on Friday 5th January at 10.15 -11.15 am. It is a low impact exercise class designed for all abilities to work at their own level and run by the very popular fitness instructor, Debbie Jones.
