Dearest Askerswellians,
Please find attached the poster for CURRY NIGHT!!! Saturday 7th of November at 6.30 for 7PM. I know it has been well publicised on Asker Round, but just in case you haven’t seen it there, or prefer email for such reminders, this is for you. Bookings have been brisk, so please make sure you save your place by letting David or Rose (wintles@tiscali.co.uk ) know as soon as possible, or risk missing out (BOO!)
All curries will be mild, but there will be a range of additives to spice them up should you feel the need. There will also, of course, be vegetarian and dairy free options – so many things for everyone – Hurrah!

* ROWLO *
Some of you will remember that I mentioned at the Parish Meeting that I need to hand over the role of Rights Of Way Liaison Officer… It’s not as arduous as I have made it, which is to say you don’t have to do anything but walk our footpaths regularly – and it doesn’t require strimming or stile rebuilding, either the council will do that (or I will continue to assist in that regard). It really is only intended to be liaison with the council to ensure that our footpaths and bridleways are properly maintained and accessible. If you can help with this, I would really appreciate it… please let me know.
