Dearest Villagers,

Just a quick reminder if one were necessary, that this Saturday evening we have our Bring and Share supper at the VH between 6 and 8PM…. please come along with a plateful of finger food of the yumptious Christmas party buffet variety and enjoy a very relaxed, informal get together before the fun of Christmas really takes off – it’s a wonderful event (sausage rolls are likely to be involved, how could it be anything else!!) (Hurrah!!) so please don’t miss it.

HOWEVER – if you haven’t already booked in PLEASE let Liz know that you will attend by the end of today – ping a quick mail to lizguard@ymail.com as soon as possible.

…. and by the way, some of you have had calls from SSEN about power cuts (thank you for letting me know) but, given the recent Darragh carnage, I think they are suddenly quite busy – and there are NO planned outages showing on the system… so at this moment the 23^rd has been mentioned, but I suspect it may not happen. I am not aware of any written notifications… but your ever vigilant AP team will monitor the situation and let you know as soon as there’s anything reliable to report.
